Camilo is one of the best photographers of the republic, according to what I've heard... that's because he stopped taking pictures since a long time ago. I like the fact that he's an old school photographer, he once told me how many negatives he has in his house and i was astonished. I didn't know that he knew how to play the percussion, then i realized that much more of the people that i knew that could play really, could. That was at the festival, where everyone was playing but me, i felt like i didn't got the memo that said that we all had to know how to play and I was the only one who didn't know, and there's when i found out that Javi, my boyfriend, played the percussion for Ruben Blades in Panama and I rejected him to play with me because I thought he was amateur. This time he really silenced me.
